Newly appointed Head Chef Daniel Hillier has created a well orchestrated range of Modern European dishes. The menu is uncomplicated and ingredient-driven, counter balancing the sophisticated style of the lavish restaurant, thus creating the perfect combination for the discerning dinner.

The Polo Bar: The intimate setting and warm, inviting ambience of The Polo Bar make it one of Mayfair’s leading destinations. With its extensive range of champagne, classic and modern cocktails, delectable bar snacks and a pianist to set the mood, it is no wonder that the bar is popular with both Londoners and guests alike. Today, the new look Polo Bar has a contemporary, vibrant yet sophisticated style. The finishes of the bar include Swarovski crystal and stylish Gucci furnishings. It is a perfect place to get together to relax and enjoy traditional afternoon tea, cocktails and our excellent bar menu.
The Polo Lounge: The Polo Lounge is the talk of the town. Its stunning décor and soothing atmosphere make it the perfect place to enjoy one of our delicious breakfast, mid-morning, lunch or pre-theatre meals. Or why not treat yourself to one of our internationally acclaimed, traditionally English afternoon teas? The Lounge is an ideal spot for shoppers or business people to meet for morning coffee, light meals or refreshments throughout the day. Traditional and seasonal menus are offered, in addition to a large variety of tea.
Leisure & Fitness:
In the fully air conditioned Fitness centre we provide, Rowing, Running, Nordic Skiing and Step machines. The Centre is open 24hrs (between 23.00hrs and 06.00hrs please ask reception for access). The Fitness Centre has it's own changing rooms with showers and steam rooms. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an Adult.
Gymnasium: Open from 06.00 am to 23.00 pm, The Westbury Fitness Room has all the latest cardiovascular equipment, strength machines and weights.To help you exercise in style, the Fitness Room is fitted with a TV screen (headphones are supplied), we also offer complimentary towels.
Golf: Redesigned by James Wyatt in 1975, Stokes Poges Golf Club is set in 142 hectares (350 acres) of private parkland with views across the lakes to Windsor Castle and nearby Eton College. The course is approximately 45 minutes from the Westbury Mayfair and 11 kilometres (7 miles) from Heathrow Airport. Weekday and weekend fees apply.
Tennis: For a small fee, our guests can enjoy indoor tennis at the exclusive Vanderbuilt Club. This private members’ tennis club offers eight courts (two clay and six carpet), all illuminated for night play. Just 20 minutes from the hotel, courts are available from 7 am.

THE MOUNT VERNON ROOM - A stunning room suitable for a private dinner for up to 80 people, or a conference for up to 100. With its elegant regency styling, this is a beautiful backdrop for a banquet, or indeed a tasteful and refined environment for conducting business in. The versatility of this stylish room makes it an ideal choice for all events.
THE PINE ROOM - So called due to the dramatic pine panelling, the Pine room has warmth and charm, whilst still retaining the elegance of the regency styling. An ideal choice for greeting guests, and for wedding photography. Slightly smaller than the Mount Vernon room, it has a capacity for up to 60 people for private dining or 100 people for a cocktail reception.
THE BRIGHTON ROOM - Often used in conjunction with the Mount Vernon, the Brighton is decorated in a similar style, and is the ideal choice for a smaller business meeting or for private dining for up to 20 guests.
THE REGENCY ROOM - Inspired by the décor of our restaurant - Artisan, the Regency is a stunning blend of regency and art deco styles, creating a sensational private dining space for you to entertain, impress and engage. With room for 20 people for dinner, the Regency is the perfect choice.
